This is an Eames Aluminum Group lounge chair, model EA316, These particular examples date to the years 2012 and 2014. They are upholstered in black leather, and have four star antler-form cast-aluminum bases. The design features a sling seat that affords a very comfortable lounging experience. 

 

There are no stains or tears. Again just a phenomenal chair. Extremely comfortable to sit on for long periods. Excellent support and movement. Widest seat than most other brands and models.
